About Kristi

I joined the Finnell Lee Homes team at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty after many years as a Critical Care Registered Nurse. Originally from Florida, I graduated from the University of Florida with my bachelor’s degree and started working in the title industry.  I then wanted to expand my skill set and use my “keep calm under pressure” demeanor, so I went back to school for a second bachelor’s degree as a Registered Nurse. Throughout my five years as a critical care nurse, including my time at George Washington University Hospital Intensive Care Unit and the Covid Unit at Sibley Memorial Hospital, I helped countless people through tremendous ups and downs.  

My experience offers a perspective on life’s big, and sometimes stressful, decisions and can help my clients navigate each situation. I have strong communication and organization skills. I can manage many moving parts while still being attentive to my client and making them feel comfortable. I am a passionate advocate for my clients and will keep their best interests at the forefront of any negotiation.

I live in the Adams Morgan neighborhood in Washington, D.C. with my husband, Will, and dog, Stevie. I love all the experiences Washington, D.C. has to offer. I have always been a lover of the arts and cuisine, so I enjoy exploring the many options around the DC area. I spend my time off viewing the new exhibits at the countless DC museums and seeing theatre productions, as well as sampling dishes from restaurants of all types of cultures and styles.
